Citroen Servicebox 2014 Technical Information
Citroën ServiceBox (often called Service Box) is the official technical information system used by Citroën (and shared with Peugeot under the former PSA Group, now Stellantis) for workshops and independent mechanics.
The 2014 version (typically based on the November 2013 / 11.2013 data update) is one of the last major offline releases of the software before Citroën moved most documentation to an online, subscription-based portal.
What does Citroën ServiceBox 2014 contain? It is an all-in-one application that includes: Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) — Full spare parts catalog with exploded diagrams, part numbers, and search by VIN or model. Repair Procedures / Workshop Manuals (TIS) — Detailed step-by-step repair and maintenance instructions with illustrations. Labour Times / Invoicing Times — Official times for repair operations (useful for quoting jobs). Wiring Diagrams — Complete electrical schematics via the integrated SEDRE (or similar) module. Technical Data — Specifications, tightening torques, fluid capacities, service schedules, diagnostics info, etc. Coverage for all Citroën models up to late 2013 / early 2014 (including C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, DS models, Berlingo, Jumper, Jumpy, etc.). It covers mechanical, electrical, bodywork, and some diagnostic guidance for vehicles produced up to that period.
