Refund Policy

At EasyDiagnostics we know mistakes can happen. We offer a full 30 day refund policy on any Diagnostic Interfaces purchased.

 

Please notify us within 7 days of recieving your goods if you wish to return or exchange the goods.

All boxes, intructions, software included in your package must be returned in the same condition you recieved them.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. All return items must be sent using a tracked service.

We accept no responsibilty for loss or damage to items being returned.

Once your item is accepted we will refund your payment to your registered PayPal Account or Debit / Credit Card.

Custom Laptops, Tablets or Licenced Softwares cannot be returned under Refund Policy if softwares have been activated and registered to the user.

Digital Software downloads are not covered under Refund Policy.
